Method of use of Fat Away Kit
 
Take one Fat Away Tablet with water half an hour before each meal. 
Take IMC's hot tomato  soup or bottleguard soup  before lunch. Eat 
2-3 tomatoes and cucumber. Eat low caloried diet like green 
vegetables, cauliflower, carrot, raddish, brinjal, red beet, 
ladyfinger, bottleguard, cucumber etc. Take one small bowl of 
cereals. Non-vegetarian people can take  fish or some chicken. You 
can take a small bowl of curd of skimmed  milk, mint chutney, 
lemon, carrot & cauliflower pickle without oil with  chapati and  
roti. Keep eatables in dinner  according to lunch menu./ schedule.
