Take one Fat Away Tablet with water half an hour before each meal.
Take IMC's hot tomato soup or bottleguard soup before lunch. Eat
2-3 tomatoes and cucumber. Eat low caloried diet like green
vegetables, cauliflower, carrot, raddish, brinjal, red beet,
ladyfinger, bottleguard, cucumber etc. Take one small bowl of
cereals. Non-vegetarian people can take fish or some chicken. You
can take a small bowl of curd of skimmed milk, mint chutney,
